Courtney was stacking firewood in Vermont. Stephen was doing yard work in Mississippi. Two founders in two places, both thinking the same thing: there’s a better way to build in cannabis.
A few phone calls later, the ideas started flying, another chapter in a long stretch of concepts shaped, tested, and sharpened through years of work in seemingly disparate fields. A Capricorn to her core, she weaves brand, operations, and vision into a clear, functional ecosystem. She lives under the Vermont stars with her teenager and a pack of opinionated animals.

Stephen is the structure beneath the surface. A practicing attorney, he brings precision to compliance and clarity to every decision.
